The 60-Day Home Trial
We encourage you to experience Orbit Baby in your own home and neighborhood.
- Eligible Products: Strollers and Travel System Bundles.
- The Window: Return requests must be initiated within 60 days of the ship date.
- Trial Limit: The 60-Day Trial is limited to one return per household. Subsequent purchases of the same product category are not eligible for return under the trial policy.
- Condition: Items may show signs of “Gentle Trial Use" (e.g. normal tire wear). However, items showing excessive signs of wear, including but not limited to deep scratches, torn fabric, stains, mud, or rust, will not be accepted for a full refund.
- Return Shipping: We provide a free pre-paid return label. Original packaging is mandatory.

A Closer Look
All-Terrain Tires
Treaded for loose ground and airless, with a tuned suspension unit behind each wheel. Perforated rims keep small fingers clear of the spokes.
Dock & Rotate
Set the seat down on its base at any angle, then rotate it into position. No lining it up by feel, and less reaching into the car.
Universal Rocker Base
Rocks side to side, and docks for easy transitions between home and stroller. Also compatible with all other SmartHub® Seats.
Adjustable Handlebar
Up to 17 inches of height adjustment on an ergonomic handlebar, so the same stroller keeps a comfortable stride for whoever is pushing.
Off-Base Install
Installs with its base for everyday use, or without it for travel by car. FMVSS 213 certified for use in aircraft without the base.

We meet all government regulations set by the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) and ASTM International.
Additionally, all of our products are verified by the Baby Safety Alliance (JPMA), and we submit various fabrics and materials to OEKO-TEX® for testing and certification of harmful levels of toxic substances.
Where can I see the stroller in person?
We know choosing a stroller system without seeing it in person is a big decision. Take it home and try it out. You’ve got 60 days to see if you love it, with free returns included.

Which car seats are compatible with the stroller?
The X5 Stroller is compatible with the Orbit Baby Infant and Toddler Car Seat.
With the Orbit Baby Car Seat Stroller Adapter you can adapt our stroller with most infant car seats from other brands like Maxi-Cosi®, Cybex®, and Nuna®.
Does the stroller convert to a double?
The X5 Stroller does not convert to a double and is not compatible with our Helix+ attachment or Sidekick Skateboard.
At what age can you start jogging with an infant?
As each child's development is different, you should always consult with your pediatrician before using a stroller for jogging with your baby.
Subject to your pediatrician's advice, for jogging use, it is generally recommended that your child should be at least 8 months old.
In addition, only use an Orbit Baby seat that is rated for your child's age, weight, and height.
Can the G5 Bassinet be used for sleep?
Yes, on its rocker base with the anti-rock arms engaged, the G5 Bassinet is suitable for overnight sleep and can be used beside your bed. Use it from birth until your baby can roll over or push up on hands and knees, about 5 to 6 months, or 20 lbs (9 kg), whichever comes first.
