We encourage you to experience Orbit Baby in your own home and neighborhood.
Details, Eligibility, & Requirements
- Eligible Products: Strollers and Travel System Bundles.
- The Window: Return requests must be initiated within 60 days of the ship date.
- Trial Limit: The 60-Day Trial is limited to one return per household. Subsequent purchases of the same product category are not eligible for return under the trial policy.
- Condition: Items may show signs of “Gentle Trial Use" (e.g. normal tire wear). However, items showing excessive signs of wear, including but not limited to deep scratches, torn fabric, stains, mud, or rust, will not be accepted for a full refund.
- Return Shipping: We provide a free pre-paid return label. Original packaging is mandatory.

Returns
Initiating & Shipping Your Return
To initiate a return, please visit www.orbitbaby.com/pages/returns.
- Pre-Paid Label: Once your request is approved, we will email you a Pre-Paid Return Shipping Label.
- 7-Day Shipping Deadline: You must drop off the package at the designated carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
- Label Expiration: Return labels automatically expire and void after 7 days. If the item is not scanned by the carrier within this timeframe, the return request will be cancelled, and the item will no longer be eligible for return.
- Carrier Delays: Orbit Baby is not responsible for failures or delays in delivery or pick-up due to weather, carrier volume, or circumstances outside our control.
Packaging
Packaging, Condition & Fees
You must retain all original packaging. All returns must be packed inside their original Orbit Baby boxes with the original protective inserts.
Orbit Baby reserves the right to evaluate the physical condition of all returned merchandise before issuing a refund.
- Misrepresentation: If the item's physical condition differs significantly from your questionnaire responses (e.g., a "Like New" item arrives damaged, dirty, or missing parts), we reserve the right to deduct a restocking fee from the refund amount or deny the refund entirely.
- Excessive Wear / Improper Packaging: Trial items showing damage beyond "gentle trial use," or items damaged during return transit due to improper customer packaging (i.e., not using original inserts), will be subject to restocking fees or refusal. Refused items may be shipped back to the customer at the customer’s expense.
Refunds
How Refunds Are Processed
Once your return is received and inspected at our facility (typically within 3-5 business days of receipt):
- Refund Amount: We will issue a refund to your original form of payment. This refund will include any applicable sales tax paid on the item.
- Original Shipping Costs: Original outbound shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
- Restocking Fees: If applicable based on the condition assessment in Section 4, restocking fees will be deducted from the final refund total.
FAQs
How are partial bundle returns calculated?
Refunds for items returned from a bundle depend on whether any discount was included in your original purchase:
- Discounted Bundles: If the items you keep no longer qualify for the original discount tier, they revert to their standalone retail price. Your refund will be the total amount paid minus the retail price of the items you keep.
- Non-Discounted Bundles: You will receive a refund equal to the standalone retail price of the returned item
What is not eligible for returns?
- Items with return requests initiated more than 60 days from the ship date.
- Additional returns beyond the one-return-per-household limit for the same product category under the 60-Day At-Home Trial.
- Products showing excessive wear or damage beyond “gentle trial use,” including deep scratches, torn fabric, stains, mud, rust, missing parts, or structural damage.
- Items returned without original Orbit Baby packaging, including original boxes and protective inserts.
- Products damaged during return transit due to improper packaging by the customer.
- Standalone (not purchased in a bundle or travel system) car seats, bassinets, Helix+, accessories, or spare parts that have been used, washed, or removed from original packaging.
- Returns not shipped within 7 days of receiving the pre-paid return label
Returns submitted using expired or voided return labels. - Items whose condition materially differs from what was reported during the return request, which may result in restocking fees or return denial.
How long does it take to get my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected at our facility (typically within 3-5 business days of receipt):

Do you make exchanges?
We do not offer direct exchanges. However, here’s the easiest way to get what you need: simply initiate a return for your new, unused item in its original packaging. Once your return is received and refunded to your original payment method, you can place a new order for the item you’d like instead.
How do I process a warranty claim?
If you believe the product is defective, please contact Orbit Baby at hello@orbitbaby.com with your serial number and original proof of purchase to initiate review within the limited warranty period. If Orbit Baby determines a defect is covered by this limited warranty, Orbit Baby will, at its option, repair or replace the product or components of the product. This limited warranty extends to repair and replacement products and components only through the end of the original limited warranty period.
